Sparks
The Sparks program teaches Scripture. The three handbooks feature:
- Basic truths with regards to God, Jesus Christ, salvation and the Bible
- An easily understood presentation of the gospel
- A more intense concentration on Scripture memory material as a continuation from the Cubbies class. Within three years, a child will learn and review over 65 verses containing basic doctrinal teaching and the ABC's of salvation through Jesus Christ.
Sparks club meetings combine learning with fun to create irresistible excitement for churched and unchurched kids alike. Club meetings are divided into three segments:
- Bible teaching, worship, award presentations and the gospel message
- Small group interaction and completion of Bible-based lessons
- Age-appropriate games on the Awana game circle
